freelunch, The TowerFree lunch anyone?

October 8th, 2007. By David McFaul

Some thoughts...

"There's no such thing as a free lunch." We've often heard this muttered with an air of experienced cynicism. We've been fleeced too many times, we have been caught out by that golden envelope that drops on to the mat proclaiming that there is money waiting for us as long as we send them our credit card details... Or perhaps it was the old "free tyre alignment" you brought your car in for only for them to tell you needed four new tyres and that was going to cost big money!

Yes it seems in this world nothing is for free.

Enter free lunches

So bored with this horrible status-quo, we decided to make up 500 lunches and give them away free in Glengormley and the surrounding area.

It went so well we did it again.

In fact if you are out and about in Glengormley keep your eyes peeled you might just get a brown bag full of goodies. We plan to keep this up so you never know when you'll be lucky.

If you did receive a free lunch please feel free to leave a comment below!

What's the point?

Simply this: We believe some things in this world truely are for free. Our lunches for example. But much more importantly the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who died on a cross for you and offers himself to you now - completely free.
